COVID-19 UPDATE

At this time, we are opening up Wednesdays and Fridays for appointments for all your eye care needs, such as new glasses, contact lens fittings, etc.


On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we will be available from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm for anyone looking to drop off glasses for repair or to pick up completed orders, with no admittance to the store.


We continue to encourage people to contact us by email or phone for duplicate orders of glasses or contact lenses.


Please contact us by email at fvc@theedge.ca, if possible, to make an appointment or to place an order. If you are unable to contact us by email, please leave a clear voicemail with your name and phone number and we will contact you to discuss your needs. (Please note that voicemail is not the best option as we have been finding messages are being cut off or they are unclear.)

 

Please review the following new protocols we have implemented

 

  • Masks are required for everyone coming into the store. If you don’t have a mask, we will be unable to allow admittance into the store.
  • Hand Sanitizer will be provided at the door and is mandatory.
  • Please keep personal effects to a minimum.

Our process will be discussed when we set up your appointment, as no situation is the same.

We encourage all our clientele to please be respectful and patient as we transition to this new system. We look forward to helping you with all of your eye care needs.
